1. Return Policy:
- We offer an easy return and exchange policy for 7 days from the delivery date. It may take an extra 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
- Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped. If returned items are damaged, worn, or in poor condition, refunds or exchanges will not be granted.
- Certain product categories are exempt from returns and refunds to maintain hygiene standards.
- Customers may only exchange a product once per order.
- Cancellations are only possible if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
- In case of a failed pick-up attempt (maximum of two attempts), you will be required to send the product back to the company address. Reverse pick-up is available based on service availability in your area.

- Provide the order number, reason for exchange, and specify the desired size or colour.
- After receiving an exchange order ID, ship the item back through our service.
- The replacement product will be shipped once the return is received.

- Ensure items are securely packed to prevent loss or damage during transit. Include your order ID and registered mobile number on the package. All items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
4. Refund Process:
- Upon receiving the returned product, it will be thoroughly inspected. Customers will be notified of the refund status via email.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the day we confirm eligibility via email.
5. Terms & Conditions:
- Bank account details provided by the customer will be considered final. Any errors in the details provided are not the responsibility of the company.
- If you receive an order delivery notification but have not received the product, please contact us within 24 hours.
- The customer is responsible for taking utmost care of the product(s) while in their possession, including all original instructions, documents, and packaging.
- If the product received does not meet expectations or arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 day of delivery through our Instagram DM or WhatsApp with product details and damage description. We will provide further instructions.
